Inspection
Drone-assisted inspection documents every issue before a single shingle is touched.
Tear-Off
Old roofing is fully removed — never roofed-over — so the deck below can be inspected honestly.
Tile Removal
Tile tear-offs are staged carefully to protect pool cages, screens, and landscaping.
Decking
Every piece of decking is inspected; rotted or storm-damaged wood is replaced before anything else goes on.
Clean Deck
A clean, dry, code-compliant deck — the only foundation we'll roof over.
Underlayment
